RELATIVITY CAPITAL INVESTS IN SCI PAVEMENT SERVICES, LP

RIALTO, CA – SCI Pavement Services, LP (SCI or the Company), a newly formed portfolio company of Relativity Capital L.P. (Relativity), announced today that an agreement was reached on December 31, 2009 to purchase substantially all the assets of Sudhakar Company International from Palm Desert National Bank through a UCC Article 9 sale process. Financial terms were not disclosed.
