James S. Riepe Jr.

Mr. Riepe joined Relativity in 2007 and is a Principal based in the Arlington office. He serves as a member of the board of directors of Nivisys Industries, a Relativity investment.

Prior to joining Relativity, Mr. Riepe was an Associate at The Carlyle Group where he evaluated venture and growth capital transactions. Prior to The Carlyle Group, Mr. Riepe served as an Associate Analyst in Credit Suisse First Boston's Equity Research Department where he covered media, entertainment and information services. He began his investment career at Donaldson, Lufkin, Jenrette in Equity Research.

Mr. Riepe earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
