David J. Miller

Mr. Miller joined Relativity in 2009 and is a Vice President based in the New York office.

Prior to joining Relativity, Mr. Miller was an Associate at Goense Bounds & Partners as well as a Summer Associate at Graham Partners, both middle market buyout funds, where he evaluated traditional transactions. Prior to Goense Bounds, Mr. Miller served as an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey where he was invited to join its Industrials investment banking group at inception. He began his investment career at Credit Suisse First Boston’s Investment Banking Division in the Global Industrials & Services group.

Mr. Miller earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he graduated with honors.
