Andrew W. Lodge

Mr. Lodge joined Relativity in 2006 and is a Principal based in the New York office. He serves as a member of the board of directors of MHF Services, a Relativity investment.

Prior to joining Relativity, Mr. Lodge served as a Vice President at Palladium Equity Partners, a middle market buyout fund, where he evaluated traditional, distressed, special situation and growth transactions. While at Palladium, he served as a board member of Prince Mineral Co., a Palladium investment. Prior to Palladium, Mr. Lodge served as an Associate in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division. He began his career at Arthur Andersen in the Turnaround Consulting Group.

Mr. Lodge earned an MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from Columbia Business School and a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
