Brian K. Lee

Mr. Lee joined Relativity in 2009 and is a Principal. He is on the board of directors of Tactical Micro, Inc., Evergreen Maintenance Center, Inc. and Jessica’s

Prior to joining Relativity, Mr. Lee was a Vice President at The Carlyle Group in the Aerospace and Defense group. While at Carlyle, Mr. Lee focused on MRO, aerostructures, aircraft leasing and government services transactions. Prior to The Carlyle Group, Mr. Lee was at First Reserve where he focused on private equity investments in the global energy sector with a focus on metals, mining, transportation and oilfield services transactions in the US, Europe, Asia and South America. Prior to that, Mr. Lee was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Financial Sponsor group where he executed mergers & acquisitions and LBO financings. He began his career in 1996 in BT Alex Brown’s Leveraged Finance group.

Mr. Lee earned a B.A. in Political Economy from Williams College.
